    Wow….I understand eatin tons of mini meals is recommended and needed for some with AF but I just don’t like it. I feel 3 healthy meals is good enough for me for the more snacking I do my stomach gets bloated and I feel congested and fat. Plus I do not want to gain wait. Sorry but NO! And if you feel too bloated and full all the time from too much snacking I feel like that just puts stress on the digestive system and can cause more inflammation. Idk everyone has to do what works best for them.

      Yes, and the best way to figure out what works best for you is to work with medical professionals and get tested regularly!

      Yes and no…you also have to go by your own gut feeling and observe what’s working for you. Medical professionals don’t have everything figured out. A lot of times they contradict eachother on recommendations . HPA axis dysfunction is a on going learning curve for everyone. You also have to by by your own symptoms and see if what your doing is improving the condition.

    I'm pretty curvy but I love sleeping on the floor. But when I decided to sleep on the floor I hadn't any preconceived notions ( and I'm so glad now I've been looking into this), I just wanted to do it and went for it and I'm so grateful to God! Thanks for the vid, tho, so much!!!

    I've decluttered and what's left is a lot of useful stuff I need for my crafts. So my problem is not having enough space for my craft stuff. So I'm feeling a bit stuck now for what to do.

      I had this experience where I kept decluttering and liked the stuff I was left with... but it all felt too cluttered. Luckily for me, my interior designer brother suggested some intentional organization tools (drawer organizers + bookshelves with cupboards). LIFE CHANGING! 😍💫 I never considered buying more stuff for stuff before... but in this circumstance, it was definitely worth it!

    Love this one! Thanks for taking the time to make it! Your content is always so motivating to me! I know the extra obligation I'm going to cut out! One thing i can't seem to overcome in my life, no matter how much i simplify it, is exhaustion. Mental exhaustion! I am stay at home mom, I homeschool my two kiddos. This is the dream life i wanted! But everyday I feel like I wake up already exasperated with them! Which isnt the kind of mom i want to be! (Also important to note, i have adhd, so i feel like that's part of the overwhelm) And i am pregnant with my third, which I'm so excited about, but i would love some advice, if you have any! How do you keep such an upbeat energetic attitude as a busy mom? I did change my diet which has totally gotten rid of my anxiety and depression! A huge win! But I seem stuck in the overwhelmed mama mindset 😢 is there anything you suggest that helps you recharge and get ready to spend good HAPPY days with your family?

    I watched this video back in the summer of 2021. I was going through menopause and the symptoms were all because of low adrenal function: severe anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, fatigue, brain fog, vibrations (my nervous system was in fight or flight),dizziness. Had all my blood work done and everything was ok. I got on bhrt and began implementing your advice. I would rest and eat very frequently. I ate beef stew with root vegetables (I craved that for six months), rice and seasonal fruit. It took about eight months to feel normal again, but your channel was instrumental in my recovery. Today I am feeling amazing 😊

      There are natural oils in foods such as nuts, fish, and avocados... Of course we need fats and oils. I was very specific in that I am not about consuming extracted oils regularly or in high quantities. If I can avoid it, I will. But by all means, get those natural oils and sugars in through healthy whole foods!

      @@marinjayden i meant Fats natural fats. Unfortunately people who have adrenal problems need more fats and salt. It has been proven scientifically. And also: i have adrenal insufficiency and i crave salt and fat all the time. eat lots of fish with omega 3s, and nice fatty meats.

    I am coming upon a year from having the fixed bidet installed and it's the best thing since slice bread. Before installing the bidet I read where a person could get to the point of no toilet paper being used. I said to myself that that was impossible, how wrong I were. I really have not had a problem cleaning under the fixed bidet and I has not problem with the aim of the water for me been completely clean, I am in a much better place since installing the bidet and to my surprise I had a major irritation medical problem that has since disappeared.

    When it comes to people that u run into that complain about the same things over and over and bring you down you need a one line script that puts a stop sign up without u saying something that rejects them like “you know..I found that thinking about the gas prices and the (fill in the blank) are really beginning to get to me so I just can’t think about them anymore.” Then switch to happy person quick..”hey!       It really depends on your unique makeup... I'm allergic to both so they both tax my system. However, some people are only sensitive to one. Best way to find out is to get tested.

      AF can begin with higher levels of cortisol, then crash into lower levels at the later stages. The best way to find out is to get tested with an endocrinologist or hormone therapist.

    Do you think a warm bath at night is helpful or counter productive? I take baths a lot and sometimes I feel like even though it is so relaxing that the heat is making my inflammation worse. Any thoughts?

      If you're in a chronic deficit, my opinion is to stay away for now. At least until you recover. Caffeine affects hormonal levels strongly, so when you're trying to recover, you want to make sure your system is consistently balanced.

    Great video.. we just got 3” and 4” futons for us to sleep on. We want to sleep on the floor for the hard firmness reasons , however we Also want to be off the ground. We were thinking of putting plywood to put under the futons and we belive that will create that firmness of the floor we are looking for.. however we are concerned of possible mold forming under the futon using plywood.. Any suggestions ?

      For my situation specifically, IF was not a good approach to my recovery. I know some people like Dr. Berg (here on UA-cam) highly recommend IF along with a ketogenic diet to treat adrenal fatigue... but I'm not studied enough about it to have a say.

    When my parents were poor and i was around 11y old, i got this cheap mattress that had a hammock effect. I kid you not I had the worst backpains ever! Don't torture yourself over this, almost everything is better than that

      @@marinjayden yes 😊 im an adult now and i invested in a good bed with mattress + ergonomic chair 😄 we only have 1 back, it is really worth saving up for and investing in health
